I NEED HELP
I CAN HELP

About the Care Team

The Congregational Care Team is made up of a team dedicated to living out Christ’s call for the body to care for its own.

Rooted in compassion and service, this ministry connects members of the church family to one another in times of need through meals, transportation, visits, or practical assistance of any kind.
We have specific teams dedicated towards hospitality, making meals, transportation, yard work and maintenance, and any other needs within reason. Our goal is to ensure that no member of the Foundations Church congregation walks alone and that the tangible and spiritual needs of our church community are met through love in action.

If you are a member of the congregation interested in joining then click the "I can help" button below, and if you need help, then please click the "I need help" button below.

The Care Team exists to serve the Foundations Church Congregation so if you are not part of our church, we are currently unable to meet your needs but encourage you to look at the list of resources below.
